1. Start with clean skin. For the smoothest glide, apply your favorite serum, facial oil, or moisturizer.

2. Turn on and choose your preferred setting.

3. Gently glide along the jawline, cheeks, and neck using slow upward and outward strokes.

4. Need extra pressure? Our design allows for manual pressure adjustment by changing how the massager is held.

• Light pressure: Hold higher up on the handle, so that your thumb and index finger are resting on the arms and press inward while massaging
  
• Medium: Hold higher on the handle, but use just your thumb to apply pressure to the corresponding side of your face. Switch hands for the other side.
  
• Max: Instead of the handle, hold both arms of the massager and apply as much pressure as needed while massaging
